2. Subscription Services
   a. Subscription Benefits: After purchasing a subscription, members can express interest in any profile listed in our database.

   b. Limited Profile Access: Complete access to a member’s profile will only be granted once the other member accepts your interest. Until then, only limited information will be visible to ensure privacy and security.

3. Accurate Information
   a. Profile Authenticity: Members are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating their profiles. False information, including but not limited to personal details, marital status, and photographs, is strictly prohibited.

   b. Consequences of False Information: If it is discovered that a member has provided false information, Bibaho Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban the offending profile without any refund of subscription fees.

4. Profile Verification
   a. Partial Verification: Bibaho Matrimony partially verifies each profile for authenticity. However, the responsibility of thoroughly verifying the authenticity of any profile lies with the members themselves.

   b. No Liability for Misrepresentation: Bibaho Matrimony shall not be held liable for any false information provided by members. Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and verify information before making any commitments.

5. Code of Conduct
   a. Respectful Communication: Members are expected to communicate respectfully and courteously with each other. Harassment, abuse, or any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to the suspension or banning of the offending profile.

   b. Compliance with Laws: Members agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding marriage, privacy, and data protection.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Bibaho Matrimony is not responsible for any inaccuracies in member profiles, nor does it guarantee the success of any matrimonial arrangements. Members are advised to exercise caution and judgment when interacting with others on the platform.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
   Bibaho Matrimony reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

8. Termination of Services
   Bibaho Matrimony reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any profile that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
